Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Strategist for Global Equity and Tactical Asset Allocation

Don manages the Thematic Equity Strategy, including Global Equity, Global Balanced, Global Franchise Equity and Domestic Equity portfolios for direct and advisory clients and chairs both the Global Equity Investment and Tactical Asset Allocation Committees of the U.S. division of Fiera Capital.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital Inc., Don was the Chief Executive Officer at Wilkinson O’Grady & Co. (“Wilkinson O’Grady”) where he was responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the firm and also served on the Board of Directors.  Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity and bond manager founded in 1972, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013 and changed its name to Fiera Capital Inc. in October 2015.  Don joined Wilkinson O’Grady in 1994 and helped the firm grow from $290 million in assets under management to more than $2 billion at the time of the Fiera Capital Corporation acquisition.  He joined Wilkinson O’Grady after working two years in the corporate finance and derivatives groups at Chase Manhattan Bank and four years in a retailing subsidiary of the CML Group.

He is a member of the NYSSA and the CFA Institute.

Don holds a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Analyst

Lindsay is a Securities Analyst and a member of the Global Equity Investment Committee. As a member of the Equity Investment Committee, she evaluates current portfolio holdings and new investment opportunities.

Lindsay joined Wilkinson O'Grady as a Securities Analyst in 2012. Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity investment manager founded in 1972 with over 2 billion in assets under management, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013.  As a member of the Investment Committee, she evaluates current portfolio holdings and new investment opportunities. Before joining the firm, she served as a research assistant in the French Department at Bates College. Additionally, she interned with Media Matters for America and in the office of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.  

Lindsay received her BA in Politics and French from Bates College and is a CFA charterholder.

Ryan J. DodgeRyan J. Dodge

Analyst

Ryan is a Securities Analyst and a member of the Global Equity Investment Committee. He researches current equity positions and new investment opportunities as a member of the Global Equity Investment Committee.

Ryan joined Wilkinson O’Grady in 2014.  Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity and bond manager founded in 1972, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013 and changed its name to Fiera Capital Inc. in October 2015.  Prior to joining Wilkinson O’Grady, he interned as a summer analyst at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Bank.

Ryan received his B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he concentrated in Finance and Management.  He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience.

Assistant Portfolio Manager

Michael is an Assistant Portfolio Manager and a member of the Equity Investment Committee, where he evaluates current portfolio holdings and new investment opportunities.

Michael joined Wilkinson O'Grady as a research analyst in 2011.  Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity and bond manager founded in 1972, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013 and changed its name to Fiera Capital Inc. in October 2015.  Prior to joining Wilkinson O'Grady, he worked as a research analyst at Lord Abbett from 2008 until 2011. 

Michael received his BS in Finance and Operations Management from Georgetown University in 2008.

Juerg GrimmJuerg Grimm

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager

Juerg manages global balanced and global equity. His primary responsibility is researching companies headquartered outside of the U.S. for inclusion in portfolios. Juerg is a member of the Equity Investment Committee on the relative returns and fundamentals of various world markets.

Juerg joined the firm in 1993.  Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity and bond manager founded in 1972, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013 and changed its name to Fiera Capital Inc. in October 2015. Prior to joining Wilkinson O'Grady, Juerg managed international equities for U.S. and Canadian pension funds and was co-manager of The Swiss Key World Growth Fund at Swiss Bank Corporation (New York). In Switzerland he managed Swiss pension fund assets at Swiss Bank Corporation (Zurich).

Juerg is a member of IFAF, the CFA Institute, and NYSSA and graduated from the Commercial School of Swiss Association for Business Administration. He is a native of Switzerland and is fluent in German.

William J. WelshWilliam J. Welsh

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager

Bill manages global equity, concentrated equity, and global balanced portfolios. As a member of the Equity Investment Committee, he provides research on the financial sector, homebuilding, and materials.

Bill joined Wilkinson O'Grady in 2008.  Wilkinson O’Grady, a global equity and bond manager founded in 1972, was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in October 2013 and changed its name to Fiera Capital Inc. in October 2015.  Prior to joining Wilkinson O’Grady, Bill ran Dionis Capital LLC, a hedge fund focused on financial services, which he founded in 1999.  Before this, he was Managing Director in research for Tiger Management.  Prior to Tiger, Bill spent 11 years with J.P. Morgan Investment Management where he researched and made portfolio recommendations on financial services companies in addition to serving as Director of Latin American Research.  He began his investment career with Sanford C. Bernstein & Company. 

Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tiger Foundation, James Lenox House Association and is an elder at Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church.  He earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974, and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1980.
